Puppy Pricing & Placement Process

Our puppies are $2,850, whether Rottweiler or Labrador, male or female.
We do not assign pricing based on first pick, second pick, or gender—this does not affect the price of your puppy.

We do not welcome haggling on price. Our puppies are priced as listed because we provide high-quality care, proper nutrition, extensive health testing, and actively work to preserve the breeds we love. We participate in AKC sports and shows, and we provide lifetime breeder support and guidance to our puppy families.

What Comes With Your Puppy

All of our puppies come with the following:

• AKC Registration (all puppies leave on limited registration)

• Age-appropriate vaccinations

• State-required health certificate

• Proper deworming schedule

• 30 days of health insurance covering accident, illness, or injury through Trupanion

• Microchip

• Health guarantee covering genetics and hips

• Raised in our home with children using ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) and Puppy Culture methods

• AKC inspected and BBB accredited program

• Proven temperaments — many of our dogs are successfully working in therapy, service, and search-and-rescue homes

Pricing & Deposits

Rottweilers: $2,850

• Deposit to reserve: $550 (Non-refundable)

• Remaining balance due at pickup: $2,300

Labradors: $2,850

• Deposit to reserve: $550 (Non-refundable)

• Remaining balance due prior to or at pickup: $2,300

Due to our responsible breeding practices, we maintain a pre-reserved waiting list, and current wait times are approximately 2-4 months for a puppy.

The reservation fee serves as your commitment to us that you are serious about welcoming a puppy into your family. It allows us to begin the process of qualifying you and your household for one of our puppies.

Family Screening & Background Checks

We complete background checks on all potential families as part of our placement process. If an individual is found to have a history of domestic violence or animal abuse, they will not be eligible to receive a puppy from us.

The reservation fee also helps cover our time spent in consultation, follow-up communication, and preparation, as well as supports the cost of critical care items needed for our puppies.

Please ensure that you are fully prepared and ready for a puppy before moving forward with signing a contract and placing your non-refundable deposit of reservation.

Puppy Placement & Matching Process

We carefully assign puppies to families based on lifestyle, experience level, household dynamics, and individual needs. Our goal is to ensure the best possible match for both the puppy and the family.

We do not allow families to select puppies based solely on appearance, size, or color, as choosing a puppy based only on looks does not ensure the right temperament fit.

While families may share preferences such as gender or color, final puppy placement decisions remain at the breeder’s discretion.

This structured placement process has allowed us to consistently produce well-adjusted dogs that thrive in a variety of roles, including family companions, service work, therapy, and working homes.

Families seeking service dogs are given priority on our waitlist. While not every puppy will be suitable for service work, those that do not qualify still make excellent show dogs and family companions.

Viewing Policy

For the safety of our family and puppies, we do not offer in-person puppy viewing.

We are not an open kennel, and all of our dogs are raised inside our home.

We offer FaceTime video calls so families can view puppies, interact virtually, and ask questions while maintaining the safety and health of our dogs and household.

If you would like to move forward, we will need:

• Your email address (to send the contract)

• A photo of your ID

• Signed Contract

• Deposit to reserve your puppy

Remaining balance may be paid in cash at pickup.
